Abstract

A 2001-ben történt terrortámadások óta egyre többet használják a „stratégiai kommunikáció” kifejezést politikai és katonai vezetők egyaránt. Ennek eredményeként napjainkban sok definíció használatos e kifejezés leírására, de még mindig jelentős kihívásokkal nézünk szembe, ha azt mélységében kívánjuk megérteni. Az eddig elvégzett kutatások alapján a szerző a stratégiai kommunikáció könnyebb megértését annak haditechnikai és műszaki vonatkozásai alapján is célravezetőnek látja. A szerző a lehetséges kapcsolódási pontok és vonatkozó példák rövid, lényegre törő bemutatása alapján arra következtetésre jut, hogy a témakör tartalmi összetevőinek legfontosabb szereplői az állam és a haderő. After the 9/11 terror attacks the term „ strategic communication” became widely used by political and military leaders as well. As a result, for today there are many definitions in usage to describe it, however we are still facing lots of challenges if we would deeply understand the real meaning of this term. Based on the scientific research carried out so far, the author considers a better understanding of strategic communication to be expedient also on the basis of its military technical aspects. Based on a brief, concise presentation of possible connection points and relevant examples, the author concludes that the most important actors in the content components of the topic are the state and the military.
