Abstract

1. Kalix-és binaftokorona éterek szintézise és alkalmazásuk 1.1. Kalix[6]arén Mitsunobu ciklizációját tanulmányoztuk 1,6-és 1,8-oktándiollal és a termékek konformációját meghatároztuk 1.2. Biológiailag fontos alfa-aminofoszfonátok nagy enentioszelektivitású szintézisét valósítottuk meg új, királis (R)-BINOL-áthidalt azakorona lariát éter katalizátorok jelenlétében 1.3. 1,3-alt-Tiakalix[4]ditiakorona-5 ionofor modellek arany nanaorészecskéken és nanoporusokon történő non-kovalens immobilizációjával a potenciometriás érzékelés új elvét valósítottuk meg és így Ag+ szenzorokat készítettünk 2. Azid-alkin click reakció (CuAAC) érzékelő rendszerek előállításában 2.1. Aminonaftalimid-alapú kétkarú fluoreszcens imidazolium/triazol receptorokat szintetizáltunk click reakcióval GTP és ATP szelektív érzékelésére fiziológiás körülmények között. 2.2. Számos 1,2,3-triazol egységgel ellátott kalix[4]arén ionofort szintetizáltunk, amelyekből Ag+, Cu2+ and Na+ szelektív potenciometriás elektródokat készítettünk 2.3. Felfedeztük és tanulmányoztuk propargiloxi csoport konformációs mozgékonyságát (O-through-the-annulus rotation) kalix[4]arén karboxamidokban | 1. Synthesis and application of calix-and binaphthocrown ethers 1.1. Mitsunobu cyclization of calix[6]arene with 1,6-hexane-and 1,8-octanediols was studied and the conformation of products was determined. 1.2. Highly enantioselective synthesis of ?-aminophosphonates of biological relevance was elaborated with novel (R)-BINOL-appended azacrown lariate ether catalysts. 1.3. New concept of the non-covalent immobilization of 1,3-alt thiacalix[4]dithiacrown-5 model ionophores onto the surface of inert gold nanoparticles and nanopores was developed and thus potentiometric Ag+ sensors were fabricated. 2. Azide-alkyne click reaction (CuAAC) in the syntheses of sensing systems 2.1. Aminonaphthalimide-based two-armed fluorescent imidazolium/triazole receptors were synthesized by click reaction for selective sensing of GTP and ATP under physiological conditions. 2.2. A series of 1,2,3-triazole-linked calix[4]arene ionophores were synthesized and applied for the fabrication of Ag+, Cu2+ and Na+ selectivitive potentiometric electrodes. 2.3. The conformational mobility of the propargyloxy group („O-through-the-annulus”rotation) in calix[4]arene carboxamides was discovered and studied.
