Abstract

A kutatás a magyar középkori historiográfiával kapcsolatba hozható kéziratok számát, a latin és német variánsokkal, töredékekkel együtt közel tízzel növelte. A kutatást és eredményeit felvette nyilvántartásába a Handschriftenzensus program. Elkészült Johannes de Utino folytatója által szerkesztett (1459 k.) világkrónika latin és német szövegének átírása, kritikai kiadása a római latin (Ottob. 479.) , és a német berlini kézirat (Ms. Germ. fol. 947.), alapján, amihez a bibliai részek kiadását is csatoltuk. Külön adtuk meg a „Magyar királyok”-rész kritikai kiadását, amihez az új eredményeket hasznosító magyar fordítást is csatoltunk. Végül a latin és német szövegek kutatási eredményeit bemutató egy-egy tanulmányt csatoltunk a kiadásokhoz. Mindezt egy CD-ROM tartalmazza. A szövegkiadás megjelentésére pályázunk, támogatás birtokában a megjelenés jövőre várható. A kutatás során az eredményeket a hazai és nemzetközi közélettel magyar, német, angol nyelvű konferencia előadásokban ismertettük meg, rendeztünk egy, a kéziratcsoporttal foglalkozó nemzetközi kerekasztal-konferenciát az OSzK-ban, valamint további öt-öt, a témához lazábban kapcsolódó előadást tartottunk. A kéziratok nemzetközi kapcsolódásai, használatuk azt az eredményt hozta, amit vártunk, a 15. század végére Magyarország a közép-európai történeti irodalomban kiemelt helyet vívott ki magának, s e krónikákat a térségben nagy területeken forgatták. | Our researches increased the number of the manuscripts on Hungarian historiography together with the German and Latin variants, with fragments as well with ten partly new items. The results of our investigations were accepted by the German Handschriftenzensus project. We finished the critical edition of the Johannes de Utino”s continutor’s world chronicle (c. 1459) in Latin based on the BAV ms. Ottob. 479. and in German based on the Berlin ms. (Ms. Germ. fol. 947.), together with the biblical parts. We edited separately the “Hungarian kings’ part” also in German and Latin, plus a new Hungarian translation based on the approved new edition. Finally we added two studies on the Latin and German manuscripts tradition. All these parts are copied to a CD ROM. We shall apply for a grant to publish the new edition, so hopefully it will be published by 2012. The result were shared with the Hungarian and international scientific world via conference papers in Hungarian, German and English, we organized a conference on this topic in the OSzK, and held another 10 papers on related topics. . The results of the manuscript tradition researches not surprisingly prove that Hungary gained a determinant role in the Central-European historiography by the end of the 15th c. as the manuscripts were widely read in this area.
