Abstract

Táplálkozás, gazdálkodás, életmód: a táplálkozáskultúra jelenségeinek iparosodás előtti és jelenkori vizsgálata. Táplálkozási szokások és szimbólumok kialakulása, a táplálkozási szokások változása a fogyasztói társadalomban, élelmiszermarketing-stratégiák kultúratudományi recepciója. A néprajztudomány története, a népi kultúra és nemzeti kultúra kialakulásának történeti-társadalmi háttere, a néprajztudomány szerepe a nacionalizmus különböző megjelenési formáiban és azok magyarázatában, a diszciplína alapfogalmainak történeti-társadalmi jelentésváltozása, a parasztság fogalmának változása a szocialista és posztszocialista korszakban. | Nutrition, economy, lifestyle, examination of the phenomena of nutrition studies of the period before industrialization as well as of our times. Forming of symbols and habits in connection with nutrition, changing of nutrition habits in the consumer society, reception of food-marketing strategies in culture-science. History of ethnology, historical-social background of the development of folk-culture and national culture, the role of ethnology in different forms and explanations of nationalism, historical and social changes of meanings of the basic concepts of this discipline, the change of the concepts ?peasantry? in the period of socialism and post-socialism.
