Abstract
A sober approach to the contemporary attitude for working with industrially inspired winery design. Restraint being sought as a functional and aesthetic approach to a project instead of forcing minimalism upon the client. Opting to place the tasting room at the junction between the old and new buildings reinforces the ideas developed regarding an honesty of approach and the desire to avoid disappointment.
