Abstract
The article examines the discursive conceptutalisations of the recent catastrophe in the early post-war period by analysing the publishing strategy of a Hungarian publishing house. Particular attention is given to the joint publication entitled Hungarian Golgotha in wich 8 books are collected by 7 authours, with one esception all journalists.
