Abstract
Straight from the beginning, several question integrallí related to the collision of fundamental rights. From time to time the origin, basis, legal nature and hierarchy of the fundamental rights appear as the core focus of research studies. Regarding the enforcement of the fundamental rights, one of its mile stones is the relationship between the fundamental rights and the freedom of contract. The present study examines the collision of the fundamental rights incurring at the field of the labour law, both in individual and collective labour law.
