Abstract

The authors present data about green algal taxa found in various water types of the south Hungarian section of the Danube river and its branch system. Three species are discussed in detail: Atractomorpha sp., Pediastrum patagonicum TELL et MATALONI and Dicloster acuatus JAO, WEI et HU. Habitats are characterized by water chemistry data.
