Abstract

Az 1880 és 1920 közötti időszakban létesült nagysörfőzdék és malátázók építészeti kialakításának legfontosabb szempontja már az ipari gyártási folyamat volt. Az épülettípus kutatása jelentős következtetésekhez vezet a történeti gyárépítészet hosszú távú fejlődése tekintetében. A cikk kutatásaim jelenlegi állapotát tükrözi, és főként budapesti objektumokat vizsgál. | The determining factor for the construction of historic breweries and malt houses between 1880 and 1920 was the industrial production process. By exploring this type of architecture, we can draw conclusions about the general development of historic factory buildings. In the article the author reports on the current state of his research on this type of building in Budapest. | Der bestimmende Faktor für die Bauweise von historischen Brauereien und Mälzereien im Zeitraum zwischen den Jahren 1880 und 1920 ist der industrielle Herstellungsprozess. Mit der Erforschung dieses Bautyps können Rückschlüsse auf die Gesamtentwicklung des historischen Fabrikbaus gezogen werden. Der Autor berichtet mit diesem Artikel über den aktuellen Stand seiner Forschung zu diesem Bautyp in Budapest.
