Abstract

Information security has an emerging importance, ev en in people’s daily life, even in country-level policymaking, but these two are inseparable. Nation al information security strategy, applied legal regulation and the actual awareness of citizen are interconnected. The article shows the legal regulation of the last decades in Hungary, the rele vant laws and their impact on awareness. The interest of government, therefore the mass and deep ness of law and so the awareness increased fairly these times.
