Abstract

In this work the covalent anchoring of N- or C-protected Cu(II)-L-tyrosine complexes onto a swellable resin or surface-modified siUca gel is described. Experimental conditions (solvents, the availability of ligands) of the synthesis were varied; the structures (by IR spectroscopy) and the superoxide dismutase activities of the anchored complexes were studied.
