Abstract

Data envelopment analysis is a non-parametric linear programming method created for the efficiency analysis of decision making units and it is widely applied in the transport sector. However, it is not yet extensively utilized for the evaluation of logistics centers. Preceding research by the authors has already established that data envelopment analysis is capable of the efficiency evaluation of these decision making units, but it has also shown a direction for future research: the sensitivity of the results to the changes in the input-output structure has to be examined. Using real-life data, this is done in the present paper.
