Abstract

The Author has managed to guarantee the protection of the burial sites in several stages. The ‘Early Christian Mausoleum’ has been opened in 1987, the ‘Wine Pitcher Burial Chamber’ in 1989, the ‘Peter and Paul Burial Chamber’ in 2000 and the ‘Burial Chamber Nr V’ in 2002. The ‘Cella Septichora’ Visitor Centre provided a single framework for all these Roman and Early Christian wonders realizing an old dream of the architects.
