Abstract

Az egészségügyi szolgálatok szakállományában zajló humán erőforrás krízis (úgy szövetségeseinknél, mint a Magyar Honvédségen belül) tendenciájában tarthatatlan folyamat. Néhány gondolatban bemutatásra kerül, hogy van lehetőség beavatkozni a feltárt negatív folyamatokba és léteznek olyan eszközök – nem kizárólag pénzügyiek – amelyekkel a honvéd-egészségügyben tapasztalható feszültségek is csökkenthetők, az idült, negatív folyamatok orvosolhatók. A gondolatok jelentős része a humán erőforráshiány, a képzés-kiképzés és a vezetés-irányítás rendszerében keresi a megoldási lehetőségeket és beavatkozási pontokat. = Critical shortfalls in human resources of the military medical services (whether in allied armed forces, or within the Hungarian Defence Forces) are in their tendency unsustainable processes. It is,through some thoughts, demonstrated in this article that there is an opportunity to intervene in the identified negative processes and there are tools – not merely financial ones – that can reduce tensions also in the Military Medical Service of the Hungarian Defence Forces,and chronic negative processes can be remedied. Much of the thoughts are pointing to solutions and intervention opportunities through coping mechanisms with human resources shortages,and improving education, training, and the military framework of medical command and control.
