Abstract

Kísérleti berendezést fejlesztettünk ki a kapcsolódó alkatrészfelületek tribológiai viselkedésének vizsgálatára, elemzésére, a tribológiai jellemzők mérésére. A Súrlódásos kopásvizsgáló berendezés a hozzá kapcsolódó adatrögzítő és kiértékelő elektronikákkal jelentős segítséget ad a hazai tribológiai kutatásoknak. Olyan tribológiai vizsgálatok elvégzését biztosítja, ahol a működési viselkedés mélyebb feltárása érdekében számos paraméter (terhelés, sebesség, lökethossz, súrlódó erő, hőmérséklet) változását rögzíthetjük, követhetjük a kopási-felületváltozási folyamatot, elemezhetjük a változások hatását, információt szerezhetünk a működő felületek topográfiájának megtervezéséhez, a gyártási technológia megválasztásához, a működés közben lejátszódó tribológiai folyamatok tudatos ellenőrzéséhez és befolyásolásához. Algoritmust dolgoztunk ki, melynek célja a felületi mikrotopográfia vizsgálatán keresztül a száraz súrlódás során bekövetkező kopási folyamatok jellemzése. Az algoritmus közvetlenül a mérési pontokból definiálja az érdességcsúcsokat. A kiértékeléshez eloszlásfüggvényeket használunk. | Test equipment was developed to survey and analyze the tribologcal behavior of connecting component surfaces, to measure tribological features. Tribological research in Hungary is greatly assisted by this friction wear test equipment and related data recording and evaluation electronics, providing opportunities for tribological tests where ? in order to explore operational behavior moree deeply - a number of parameter changes (load, speed, travel, friction force, temperature) can be recorded, the process of wear and surface change can be followed, the impact of changes can be analyzed, information can be gathered to design the topography of operating surfaces and to select production technology, as well as to consciously control and influence tribological processes during operation. An algorithm was developed to characterize wear processes during dry friction through the survey of surface microtopography. The algorithm defines roughness peaks directly from measurement points. Distribution functions are used for evaluation. This way, roughness peak orientation, the peak radius of roughness peaks in the direction of orientation and transversal thereto, and the peak angles in the direction of orientation and transversal thereto are examined. The distribution and shape of roughness peaks, characterized by peak radius and peak angle and the orientation angle, are important factors in surface contact, therefore they are also suitable for describing the wear process.
