Abstract
The features of approaches to the classification of various models in intergovernmental fiscal relations are identified. The main types are analysed according to their revenues. Cooperative federalism is defined. The characteristics of implementing intergovernmental fiscal relations in Germany, France, Sweden etc. are identified with focus on the analysis of internal state federalism.
