By varying printing temperatures, we analyzed the foam density, cell structure, and mechanical properties. We also outlined a finite strain viscoelastic-viscoplastic material model for future optimization of layer configuration. The findings highlight the importance of printing temperature adjustment in achieving uniform cell structures and enhanced mechanical properties. date: 2024 date_type: published pagerange: 1-7 pages: 7 event_title: Foams® 2024 event_location: King of Prussia (PA) event_dates: 2024.09.17-2024.09.20 event_type: conference id_number: MTMT:35808660 book_title: Proceedings of the FOAMS 2024 Conference funders: Bolyai János Kutatási Ösztöndíj fp7_project: no fp7_type: info:eu-repo/semantics/conferenceObject citation: Tomin, Márton and Lukács, Norbert and Berezvai, Szabolcs (2024) Development of density-graded sandwich structures with in-situ foaming filaments in additive manufacturing.
