Abstract

A kutatási munka keretében a Mises és a Drucker-Prager-féle képlékenységi modellekre egzakt feszültség számító eljárások kidolgozására került sor lineárisan keményedő anyagmodellek esetén. Hasonló egzakt integrálási módszer került kifejlesztésre a konstans feszültség-sebességek esetére is. A kutatás keretében az új megoldásokhoz kapcsolódó teljes körű numerikus feszültségszámítási algoritmu- sokat dolgoztunk ki, melyek a végeselemes számításokba történő beépítéshez szükségesek. Az egzakt feszültségszámító formulákhoz tartozó konzisztens érintőtenzorokat is előállítottuk. A kidolgozott numerikus módszereket az Abaqus végeselemes programba is implementáltuk az UMAT (user material) felhasználói környezet segítségével. A javasolt eljárás hatékonyságának és pontosságának illusztrálása számos numerikus feladat megoldásán keresztül történt. | In the research work, the exact stress integration methods for the Mises and the Drucker-Prager elastoplasticity with linear isotropic hardening has been presented under the constant strain rate assumption. The novel time integration scheme is extended to the micropolar (Cosserat type) elastoplasticity based on a new Mises-like yield condition model. Moreover, a fully analytical strain solution is also derived for the stress-driven case using constant stress-rate assumption. In addition, an explicit expressions for the algorithmically consistent tangent tensor is also derived, which are crucial in ?nite element calculation in order to have quadratic rate of convergence in the global solution. In order to evaluate the computational performance of the new scheme with regards to in ?nite element (FE) calculations, the method was implemented in the commercial FE software package ABAQUS via its UMAT material interface. The accuracy and efficiency of the novel techniques are illustrated by performing a series of numerical test examples including ?nite element calculations as well.
