Abstract

A T 037263 számú OTKA kutatás keretében a vállalt feladatokat maradéktalanul sikerült végrehajtanunk. Főbb eredményeinket az alábbiakban foglalom össze: - Az egy-szabadságfokú csillapított rendszerünk alkalmas a gyümölcsfa törzs vízszintes rezgésének modellezésére. - Az egyszerű főgyökér-törzs geometriai modell leírja a képzeletbeli forgáspont helyzetét vízszintes deformáció esetén a terhelő erő helyzetének függvényében. - Az egyszerű vázmodell alkalmas a rázás teljesítmény-szükségletének és a rázás amplitúdójának törzs menti redukálására - A rázógép-gyümölcsfa modell paramétereinek összehangolásával elérhető a sajátfrekvencián történő rázás - A gyümölcsfa-végeselem modell jól írja le a fák viselkedését, segítségével megtalálhatók az optimális rázási frekvenciák. | The research work in the frames of OTKA was fulfilled as planned. The main results were as follows: - our one degree-of freedom damped elastic system model is appropriate to describe the horizontal vibration of the fruit tree trunk, - the simple model composed of trunk and main roots is able to define the virtual turning point of the system when loading it by horizontal force at different heights, - the simple model composed of trunk and main roots is appropriate for the transfer of model parameters from one to any trunk cross section, - the model can be used to calculate the power demand and amplitude of the shaking process for any trunk cross section, - by synchronising the parameters of the shaker machine and fruit tree shaking on the natural frequency of the system is possible, - the FEM of fruit tree is an appropriate tool to describe the plant and to find it's optimal shaking frequencies
