Abstract
International comparisons have had a long tradition in Hungarian CSO since its foundation. The autor’s aim is to draw the attention of the readers to the growing importance of the participation in the multilateral comparisons directed by different international bodies and at the same time to continue the traditional bilateral comparisons which have a special role from the point-of-view of the users. Recommendation of using models, underlining the user-friendly publication, finding the most suitable topics and partners are also presented in the paper.
