Rotundabaloghia (Circobaloghia) burckhardti sp. nov. is described based on two female, three male, and four deutonymph specimens collected from soil in Province Chepo, Panama. The new species differs from the other species of the subgenus Circobaloghia in the shape and length of the ventral and sternal setae,
