Abstract

A GDP termelési és felhasználási oldali megközelítése az egyes tételek elszámolása során eltérő értékelési alapelvek szerint történik, ám azáltal, hogy alkalmas a közvetett kapcsolatok hatásainak kimutatására is, megnehezíti az elemzést. A cikk bemutatja a szokásos nettó export módszerének alkalmazását a végső kereslet GDP-hez való hozzájárulásának az elszámolására, valamint az úgynevezett hozzárendelési módszert, amelynél a hozzájárulásokból levonjuk a végső igények importtartalmát. Továbbá kidolgoztunk egy olyan módszert is, amely az exportáló ágazatok, illetve a beszállító ágazatok GDP-hozzájárulásának tekinti a hazai és az importtermékek termékadóit. A számítások módszertana nagymértékben függ a rendelkezésre álló adatoktól és az ellátási láncokra vonatkozó feltételezésektől. Ezeknek az ellátási láncoknak a kiszámításához egyrészt a magyar ágazati kapcsolatok mérlegét (ÁKM), másrészt – a 2019-es magyar és francia forrás- és felhasználástáblák alkalmazásával – a Neumann–Sraffa-modellt használtuk, amely megengedi az ikertermelést és az alternatív technológiákat. A számítások eredményeként bemutatjuk a GDP-hozzájárulásoknak a végső felhasználási kategóriák és az ellátási láncukban szereplő ágazatok szerinti kereszttáblázatát, amely újszerű, integrált módon tartalmazza a GDP-hozzájárulások kínálati és keresleti oldali megközelítését. = GDP has always been at the center of development policy and of professional and public interest in general. At the same time, the approach to the production and consumption side of GDP is carried out according to different evaluation principles during the accounting of individual items, and it is also suitable for showing the effects of indirect relationships, which complicates the analysis. The paper presents the application of the standard net export method to account for the GDP contribution of final demand, as well as the so-called ’attribution-methods’, in which the import content of final demand is deducted from the contributions. Furthermore, we have developed a method that considers product taxes on domestic and imported products as the GDP contribution of exporting sectors and supplier sectors. The calculation methodology is highly dependent on available data and assumptions about supply chains. To calculate these supply chains, we used the NeumannSraffa model, which allows for twin production and alternative technologies, using the Hungarian input-output tables (IOTs) and the Hungarian and French supply and use tables for the year 2019. As a result of the calculations, we present a cross-tabulation of GDP contributions according to final use categories and sectors in their supply chain, which includes the supply- and demand-side approach to GDP contributions in a novel, integrated way.
