Abstract

A szerző a hagyományos helyi ismeretek és az innovációra való képesség egyéni problematikáját vizsgálja a 20. századi Magyarország gyorsan változó kontextusában. A helyi elittel szoros kapcsolatban álló családban, 1932-ben született asszony élettörténetét elemezve egyrészt bemutatásra kerül a különböző társadalmi kontextusokban és életszakaszokban szervezett profit és non-profit vállalkozások sora, másrészt az, ahogyan az új kihívásokkal való megküzdésben a kitűnő képességekkel rendelkező asszony a kulturális és anyagi erőforrásait, társadalmi tőkéjét, a saját és az ősei tapasztalatait használta. Bemutatjuk azt is, hogy a hagyományos utak elzáródásánál hogyan talál új utakat. A generációk közötti kapcsolatokat és konfliktusokat elemezve a szerző arra keresi a választ, hogy a megörökölt kulturális tőke átvételét miért utasítja vissza a fiatalabb generáció, és miért nem tudják a szociális intézmények és kulturális mintázatok határait újrarajzolni. Adatgyűjtés: terepmunka, önkitöltős kérdőív, félig strukturált és narratív technikával készített interjúk, helytörténeti források és a helyi sajtóban közölt adatok. | The author discusses the problem of using the traditional local knowledge and innovation potential in the very fast changing social context of 20th century Hungary. Examining the life story of a woman (1932), burn and grown up in and with dense connections to the local elite shows how the profit and non-profit oriented enterprises interchange in the different social contexts and life cycles. How this brilliant woman used her own cultural and material resources and social capital, and her own and her ancestors experiences in coping with the new challenges. And how she finds new ways when, the traditional “Vorbild” or strategy do not works. Analysing the intergenerational interactions and conflicts the author seeks to answer the question on why the transmission of the inherited cultural capital of the older generation were rejected from the youngest, and why boundaries of old social institutions and cultural patterns can not be redraw. Data collection: fieldwork, self-administered questionnaire, semi-structured and narrative interviews with voluntary association members, local historical sources.
