Abstract

A közel rokon Paranoplocephala fajok elkülönítését segítő változók meghatározása is megtörtént. | In the framework of this research the following genera were studied: Paranoplocephala Lühe, 1910, Aprostatandrya (Kirschenblat, 1938), Anoplocephaloides Baer 1923, Gallegoides Tenora et Mas-Coma 1978, Anoplocephala Blanchard 1848, Moniezia Blanchard 1891, Andrya Railliet, 1893, Parandrya Gulyaev et Tchechulin 1996, Pseudocittotaenia Tenora 1976, and Mosgovoyia Spasskii 1951. Among them the genus of Paranoplocephala, Andrya and Anoplocephaloides proved to be important for a detail study containing relatively high number of undescribed species. Paranoplocephala oeconomi sp. n. and a Paranoplocephala hanycola have been described from Clethrionomys glareolus and Microtus oeconomus. New anoplocephalid cestodes were recovered from Chionomys nivalis and Eothenomys melanogaster, respectively. They were well distinguished from any other Paranoplocephala species based on the mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase I gene using NCBI genbank?s data. Taxonomic characters used for differentiating the closely related Paranoplocephala species were also discussed. Multivariate morphometrics (discriminant analysis) successfully distinguished Paranoplocephala-like cestodes from each other. Scolex width, cirrus length, vagina length and position of genital pores showed high discriminatory value. The phylogenetic analysis using the mtDNA sequence data showed that the P. omphalodes forms belonging to several well-defined monophyletic host-specific parasite groups. It seems that precursor of true P. omphalodes parasitizing Microtus species could distribute in North America by vole colonization, especially harbouring M. ochrogaster.
