Abstract

A szerzők a mastopathia-szindrómával kapcsolatos klinikai, képalkotó és patológiai diagnosztikai ismereteket, valamint a terápia és gondozás kérdéseit foglalják össze. Megállapítják, hogy nincs egységes nómenklatúra, a mastopathia fogalmán minden szakma mást ért. A klinikai és képalkotó diagnosztika bizonytalan, a megoldás csak a patológus kezében van. A sebészet szerepe minimális. A mastopathia praecancerosis jellege vitatott, a malignizálódás aránya csekély. A benignus elváltozások malignizálódása is igen ritka. A leglényegesebb feladat a betegek szoros obszervációja, rendszeres gondozása, mely teamfeladat, lehetőleg azonos személyekkel, ugyanabban az intézetben. További ismeretek, pontos meghatározások szükségesek. Authors recapitulate knowledges of the clinical, iconographical and pathological diagnostics about mastopathy syndrome and the questions of its therapy and care. They establish that no unified nomenclature exists, all the disciplines judge the idea of mastopathy otherwise. The clinical and iconographical diagnostics are unsure, the right diagnostics is known only by the pathologist. The role of chirurgy is minimal. Precancerous character of mastopathy is discussed, rate of its malignisation is small. Malignant transformation of benigne lesions is very seldom. The most important tools are close observation, systematic care of patients, and this is a team-exercise, possibly by the same persons, in the same institute. Further knowledges, exact definitions are necessary.
