Abstract

A cikk a Kiskörei Duzzasztómű csaknem fél évszázados üzemelése, fenntartása során szerzett tapasztalatok és a jogszabályok mentén értékeli a létesítmény üzemelésének, karbantartásának, revíziójának és rekonstrukciójának környezetbiztonsági kockázatait. A szerző kitér a tervezéskori, létesítéskori elképzelésekre, állapotokra, majd az azt követő első tapasztalatok alapján átgondolt revíziós rendre. Elemzi a revíziós rend megszakadásából eredő kockázati tényezőket, kitér a létesítmény létfontosságú rendszerelemmé történő minősítésére, valamint ennek következményeire. Végül számba veszi a nagyműtárgy rekonstrukciójának lehetséges környezetbiztonsági kockázatait, az elkerülésük érdekében tett lépéseket, intézkedéseket. The article evaluates the environmental safety risks of operation, maintenance, revision and reconstruction of the facility in almost half a century of running and upkeep of the Kisköre Barrage. The author discusses the primary concepts of design on the establishment, and then the revision order based on the first experiences. He analyses the risk factors resulting from the interruption of the revision order, the classification of the facility as a critical component, and its consequences. Finally, he takes the possible environmental safety risks of the large object’s reconstruction into account, the steps and the measures taken to avoid them.
