Abstract

A program eredményei több szinten jelentek meg, elsősorban a tudományos életben (szakmai folyóiratokban, tanulmánykötetekben való publikálás, monográfia és előadások formájában), valamint az oktatásban. A program a társasági jog területén új ismeretekre vezetett, feltérképezte az osztrák és a német társasági jogot. A kutató a külföldi joggyakorlatot a német jogdogmatikai háttérrel együtt mutatta be, és elemezte a magyar jogra gyakorolt hatását. A pályázó a hazai és a külföldi (osztrák-német és magyar) kapcsolódó szakirodalmi forrásokat feltárta; teljességre törekvő bibliográfiát és német-magyar társasági szószedetet készített. A jogösszehasonlító módszerrel az összefüggések megvilágítása a magyar jogban közvetlenül is hasznosulhat. A tervezettnek megfelelően elkészült egyrészt az osztrák és német társasági jogot taglaló monográfia, másrészt pedig a nemzeti és az uniós társasági jogot tárgyaló ötszerzős, szerkesztett mű. A tehetséges hallgatók kutatásba történő bevonásával biztosított a kutatói utánpótlás nevelése és versenyképességük növelése a munkaerőpiacon. Az egyetemi oktatásban új oktatási technikák és modellek bevezetése valósult meg (pl. az egyetemi alapképzésben új kurzusok indítása, német nyelvű jegyzetek, multimédiás tananyagok elkészítése és felhasználása). | The results of the researcher appeared on several fields first of all in the academics as publications in relevant professional periodicals, volumes of studies and monograph and presentations; have been appeared in the educations as well. The research discovered new areas of corporate law both in Germany and Austria. The researcher introduced the foreign legal practice based upon German theoretical background and analysed its influences on the Hungarian law. The applicant undertook to examine and systemize Hungarian and foreign relevant publications and articles with using the comparative method. The products of this process have achieved direct results in the law systematize of Hungary. As planned before, on the one hand the monograph covering the Austrian, German corporate law, on the other hand the edited volume covering national and EU corporate law have been completed. This project also involved talented students. This criterion insured the substitution of researchers and increased economic competitivness in the working market. This project established new educational technics and models (brand new courses in gradual university education, German lecture notes, multimedia).
