Abstract
Located at the intersection of the two main arterial roads in Pest, connecting to the Metro line and bus networks this development aims to repair a longstanding wound in the urban fabric. The Agora Hub function reinforces the concepts developed around transport and business nodes, instead of passing through this development people will consider interacting with the urban spaces created within. The Váci út business corridor has been a subject of debate for many years regarding the height and volume of commercial developments. This development by local measures towers above its neighbour's without being oppressive due to the careful handling of volumes and the spaces between.
