Abstract

A kutatás kellő sikerrel járt, s nagy vonalakban meghozta a prognosztizált eredményt, nevezetesen: 1) Elkészítettem a klerikusi státusszal járó kötelességek és jogok teljes kodifikációját. Felkutattam és elemeztem a klerikusi kötelességek és jogok tartalmát. Rámutattam a három normatív rend közös gyökerére, a morális rendre. Ugyancsak kimutattam, hogy a klérus számára fontosabbak a kötelességek, mint a jogok, mivel ez a legjobb jogérvényesítő mód. 2) Elkészítettem egy a mai klérus számára korszerű etikai és illemkódexet, mely nemcsak a hazai, de a külföldi szakirodalomban is hiánycikk. 3) Elkészítettem a boldoggá és a szentté avatásnak a kézikönyvét, melyben részletesen elemeztem az ott használatos kulcsfogalmakat: életszentség, vértanúság, csoda, tisztelet, az avatás tanítóhivatali és pasztorális jelentősége, majd vázoltam az eljárás történetét abból a célból, hogy láttassuk mi annak a maradandó értéke, illetve hogy a hatályos jog megértését szolgálja. Ezt követően elemeztem a hatályos jog tartalmát. Lefordítottam latin nyelvből az összes hatályos vonatkozó törvényt és jogszabályt, végül bőséges mintákat adtam az eljárás során megkívánt formulárékból. Ezek konkrét eljárás során bizonyulnak hasznosnak. Magyarországon a boldoggá avatásról szintén nem született az elmúlt században olyan kézikönyv, amit most a kutatás eredményeként letehetünk a magyar katolikus egyház és az érdeklődők asztalára. | My research project has done successfully and it has caused the expected results, namely: 1) I was able to analyze the entire gradual process of the codification regarding the clerical rights and obligations. I could emphasize the common root of the three degree of the Holy Order and also to its moral basis. As conclusion, has become crystal clear that the obligations are more important for concerning the discipline of the clergy than the rights. 2) I have made a modern ethical Customary-Code for the contemporary clergy, which is unique not only in Hungary but also in the international canon law and pastoral theological field. 3) I have composed the handbook of the beatification and canonization process wherein I analyzed precisely the self-consecration, the martyrdom, miracles, pious respect by faithful, the magisterial and pastoral value of the canonization, then I describe the canon law historical background of this process in order to express the remarkable importance of that which serves the understanding the current canonical regulation too. I have also analyzed the contents of the canonical regulation in force regarding the canonization. I have translated from Latin every current canonical source of the canonization, moreover, I have given a rich collection on the formula for this process. These are very useful during the processes. After the 19th century there was no any detailed complete description on the canonization process in Hungarian, therefore my handbook which was published as a result of my research project is contains a very important new impact for the Hungarian canon law and religious science.
