Abstract
In this study the autonomy conceptions/bills of the 1918–1944 period are analised considering international and local legistlation and local political conditions of the period. The analys is based above all on archive documents and contemporary press publication which were not published or not work up earlier. Thus the history of Carpatho-Ukraine can be seen in a new context.
