Abstract
Látrányi Puszta Nature Conservation Area is a fairly small (223 hectares) but extremely interesting part of Somogy County from nature conservational points of view. Regular zoological surveys have been carried out in the area for 4 years that resulted in proving the occurrence of 78 Lamellicornia species. This number represents 40 % of the Hungarian and 54 % of Somogy County's fauna.
