Abstract

A Zrínyi Honvédelmi és Haderőfejlesztési Program egyszerre tűzte célul a honvédelem társadalmi feltételrendszerének javítását, a haderő haditechnikai korszerűsítését, illetve a magyar védelmi ipar intenzív fejlesztését. Az adott globális biztonsági, gazdasági és technológiai környezetben ezek a biztonság- és védelempolitikai célok csak jelentős innovációk révén érhetők el. A tanulmány ezért a hazai innovációs környezet vizsgálatára vállalkozott. A vizsgálat alapján az innovációs rendszer jelenlegi teljesítménye nem elégséges a hazai versenyképesség további javulásához és a védelmi ipar fejlesztésével kapcsolatos célok elérését is akadályozó kihívások vannak jelen. = The Zrínyi Defense and Military Development Program is a comprehensive defense development program within which the government has set the goal of the modernization of the Hungarian Defense Forces and the broadest development of the Hungarian defense industry as part of a complex system of goals beyond security and defense policy. In the actual global security, economic and technological environment, these goals can only be achieved through significant innovations. The study, therefore, examines the Hungarian innovation ecosystem. According to the study, the current performance of the innovation ecosystem is insufficient to further improve domestic competitiveness and there are severe defense industry-related challenges.
