Abstract
The article provides with analysis of the proposal of Regulation on European Digital Identity with regards to processing of personal data, particularly those that concerns health. It presents cross-examination with the Mobile Tracing Application and Digital Green Certificate which were established in order to combat the COVID-19. Lastly, it mentions the main challenges and critical positions, as well as proposals on how to tackle some of them.
