Abstract
A new fringes forb association is described from the South Transdanubian Zselic Hills in SW Hungary. It develops at the lower parts of the slopes and bottoms in the wet valleys along the creekside alderforests, characterized by the dominance of Inula helenium and species of reed vegetation and wet meadows.
