Abstract
2019 utolsó napjaiban látott napvilágot Pump Judit könyve, amely egy némileg talán szokatlan, ugyanakkor újító, gondolatébresztő perspektívában tárgyalja a Ptk. egyes rendelkezéseit. A polgári jog előírásainak „zöld szemüvegen át” történő értelmezése napjainkban időszerűbb kihívás, mint valaha. Ez az ismertető a könyv lapozgatása közben megfogalmazódott gondolatokat tartalmazza a teljesség igénye nélkül. = Judit Pump's book was published in the last days of 2019. The book discusses certain provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code in a somewhat unusual, but at the same time innovative and thought-provoking perspective. Interpreting theprovisions of civil law "through green glasses" is a more timely challenge today than ever. This review contains the thoughts expressed while turning the pages of the book without claiming to be complete.
