Abstract

A 21. század komplex biztonsági környezete és a modern technológia térnyerése új kihívások elé állítja napjaink hadseregeit nemcsak az erőalkalmazás, hanem a vezetés szempontjából is. Reneszánszát éli a küldetésorientált vezetés mint megoldás az erők vezetésére és az egyre összetettebb hadszíntéren való alkalmazásra. Azonban szükséges ismernünk alkalmazásának alapelveit, hogy az eredményes legyen. Növekvő tendenciát mutat a modern hadseregek vezetési struktúrájában a számítógépes vezetési rendszerek és a mesterséges intelligencia alkalmazása, de ezzel egy időben továbbra is fokozott figyelmet kell szentelni a humán tényezőre. Jelen publikáció célja, hogy támpontot nyújtson abban, miért szükséges továbbra is e vezetési filozófia alkalmazása a 21. század modern haderői szempontjából. = The complex security environment of the 21st century and the use of modern technology create new challenges for today’s armies not only in the use of force, but also in leadership. This leads to the renaissance of mission command as a solution for leadership in a modern army on the increasingly complex battlefields. It is necessary to know the basic principles of the application of this leadership model, in order to apply it effectively on the battlefield. The use of computer systems and artificial intelligence in the leadership of modern armies are a growing trend, but at the same time it must still be necessary to pay increased attention to the human factor. The purpose of this publication is to provide background why the application of this leadership philosophy is still necessary for the armed forces of the 21st century.
