Abstract
Multitype inhomogeneous Galton-Watson processes with immigration are investigated, where the offspring mean matrix slowly converges to a critical mean matrix. Under general conditions we obtain limit distribution for the process, where the coordinates of the limit vector are not necessarily independent.
