Abstract

Az információ mint kifejezés a mindennapunk, munkánk, életünk egyik leggyakrabban használt kifejezése. Használata során nem mindig vagyunk tisztában eredetével, jelentésével, és végig sem gondoljuk, hogyan keletkezik az információ, mi az alapja és milyen tulajdonságai vannak. Nem vetünk számot azzal sem, hogy az információ állandónak tekintendő vagy változhat bizonyos körülmények között. Jelen tanulmány célja – kapcsolódva a már korábban az információ alkalmazásával foglalkozó tanulmányokhoz – feltárni az információ mint jelenség néhány, a rendvédelmi, biztonsági, nemzetbiztonsági és terrorelhárítási területen való alkalmazása során kiemelkedően fontos jellegzetességét. | The information as an expression is one of the most frequently used terms of our life and activities. When we use this expression, its origin and meaning are not always clear. We almost never think about how the information is generated, what is the base of information, and which are its most important features. We never think about whether the information is constant or may change under certain circumstances. The purpose of the present study is to follow some earlier studies about the use of information, to disclose some very important characteristics of information from the point of view of law enforcement, security, national security ant counter-terrorism.
