Abstract

"In 1965 a survey was conducted about the knowledge about law of Hungarian citizens based on a country-wide sample. This survey was partially repeated in 2013, about half a century later. This study examines (a) how the extent of knowledge about law has been changed in general, (b) what circumstances shaped knowledge about law (b.a) fifty years ago and (b.b) now, and (b.c) what kind of differences can be found in this respect. "
