Abstract

A 2013-as évtől kezdődő erőteljes utasszám-, és cargo áru növekedés következtében megnőtt az igény a biztonsági szolgálatok, valamint a mentő- és tűzoltó szolgálatok nagyobb számú és hatékonyabb alkalmazására a Liszt Ferenc Nemzetközi Repülőtéren. A jövőben újabb fejlesztések és bővítések várhatóak, ebből kifolyólag nagyobb igény lesz a mentőszolgálatok munkájára. A mentőszolgálatok működésének támogatására a szerző javaslatot tesz egy önkéntes alapon működő mentőcsoport létrehozására, akik a Belügyminisztérium Országos Katasztrófavédelmi Főigazgatóság irányítása alatt, Nemzeti Minősítő Rendszerben való megfelelés esetén, az INSARAG irányelveknek megfelelően, könnyű kutató-mentő csapatként tudják segíteni a tűzoltóság és a repülőtéri egészségügyi szolgálat mentési munkálatait. | From 2013 the demand has increased for larger number and effective application of the security and rescue- and firefighting team members caused by the powerful growing of passenger number and cargo at the Liszt Ferenc International Airport. In the future we can expect more expansions and improvements therefore there will be more demand for the work of the rescue teams. To support the operation of the rescue teams the author suggests a creation of a new voluntary rescue team, which will be managed by National Directorate General for Disaster Management, Ministry of the Interior and after a successful compliance of the National Certification Exam, in accordance with INSARAG Guidelines, the team can help with the work of the firefighters and health service of the airport as a light search and rescue team.
