Abstract

A közelmúlt történetének mind teljesebb feltárása és bemutatása érdekében a MABISZ elhatározta, hogy létrehozza a biztosítástörténeti Oral History Archívumot az elmúlt évtizedek kiváló szakembereivel, vezetőivel készített, filmre rögzített ún. életútinterjúk anyagából, amely elsősorban kutatási, másodsorban kommunikációs célokat szolgál. A Biztosítás és Kockázat Szerekesztősége úgy döntött, hogy az Oral History anyagaiból – „Életutak” címmel – az interjúk rövidített és szerkesztett változatát rendszeresen közreadja. Második interjúalanyunk Dr. Kepecs Gábor, aki a magyarországi Aegon biztosító elődjének volt az első számú vezetője, később pedig az Aegon N.V. igazgatósági tagjaként, a kelet-közép-európai régiójának vezetőjeként széles rálátása volt az európai és magyarországi biztosítási folyamatokra. | In order to explore the recent history of the Hungarian insurance industry, MABISZ has launched the Oral History Archive project. Within the framework of this project prominent professionals and leaders of the past decades were invited to a career-interview. These shots are primarily for research purposes and secondly, for communication purposes. The Editorial Board of Biztosítás és Kockázat has decided to launch a new column in the journal - "Career paths” – and to publish an abbreviated and edited version of these interviews. The second interview is with Dr. Gábor Kepecs, who was the General Manager of the Hungarian Aegon, when it still was a state-owned company. From 2008 he acted as Member of the Board of Aegon N.V. and CEO of Aegon Central & Eastern Europe. In this capacity he had a strategic overview on the developments of the European and Hungarian insurance industry.
