Abstract

Egyre többünkben tudatosul, hogy igazából hálózatokon keresztül létezünk. Maga az agyunk is egy neurális háló, a gazdasági folyamatok is hálózatszerűen rendeződnek. Társadalmunk is hálózatos szerveződésű már több ezer éve. Ahogy saját publikált eredményeink is alátámasztották, a szakmai érvényesülésnél, egyéni sikerek, kudarcok megélésénél a minket körülvevő emberi hálózatnak a szerepe megdöbbentően központi és döntő jelentőségű az egyéb komponensek mellett. Ebben a kutatásban a szociális hálózatok szerepét szeretnénk vizsgálni egyetemünk hallgatóinak életében. Hogyan jönnek létre ezek a hálózatok, milyen tulajdonságokkal rendelkeznek? Hogyan alakíthatók, fejleszthetők azért, hogy tanítványaink a lehető legtöbb segítséget kaphassák meg szakmai és emberi problémáik megoldása közben? Ehhez meg kell ismernünk és elemeznünk kell ezeket a kialakult és folyton változó kisvilágokat és nagyobb egységeket. A metódust a nagy, skálafüggetlen hálózatok kutatási eredményei biztosítják. Azt a tézist szeretnénk megerősíteni, hogy vannak lehetőségek, amelyekkel az oktatási és mentorálási munka közben tudjuk segíteni a hallgatóinkat az őket körülvevő hálózatok fejlesztésében, ezzel nagyobb lehetőséget adva a jövőbeli sikereiknek. More and more of us are becoming aware that we exist through networks. Our brain itself is a neural network, and economic processes are also organized in a network-like manner. Our society has also been organized in a network way for thousands of years. As confirmed by our own published results, the role of the human network surrounding us is shockingly central and crucial in our professional achievement, in experiencing individual successes and failures, in addition to other components. In this research, we would like to examine the role of social networks in the lives of our university students. How are these networks created, and what properties do they have? How can they be shaped and developed so that our students can receive as much help as possible while solving their professional and personal problems? For this, we need to know and analyze these formed and constantly changing small worlds and larger units. The method for research is provided by the results of large, scale-independent networks. We would like to confirm the thesis that there are opportunities with which we can help our students develop the networks around them during the education and mentoring work, thereby giving them a greater opportunity for their future success.
