Abstract

Egy olyan, új fluoreszcens festékkombináció került kidolgozásra, amely alkamas a spermiumok feji és farki plazmamembránjának, valamint az akroszóma integritásának egyidejű értékelésére. Ez a festékkombináció korábban még nem került alkalmazásra spermiumok vizsgálatára. Mivel egyértelmű, specifikus fluoreszcens jeleket ad, igény szerint külön-külön, illetve a jelentésben ismertetett módon kombinációban is alkalmazható. A festékkombináció elvileg kisebb módosításokkal tovább bővíthető egy mitokondriális aktivitás értékelésére alkalmas fluoreszcens próbával is. | A new fluorescent staining combination was developed for the simultaneous evaluation of the plasma membrane integrity of the sperm head and tail domain and the integrity of the acrosome. This combination was not applied in spermatology studies before. A it provides clear, specific fluorescent signals, it can be used as a combination or the combined probes can be applied separately, depending on the research needs. Theoretically it can be extended with a mitochondion-specific probe for the simultaneous evaluation of the mitochondrial activity.
