Abstract
In our article, some of the basic correlations concerning the polymerization behaviour of a Ziegler-Natta catalyst are presented. We have examined a general, commercial MgCl2 supported catalyst, the effect of the main polymerization parameters, such as hydrogen concentration, Al/Ti mol ratio, monomer (ethylene) concentration and residence time on the productivity of the catalyst and the properties of the final polyethylene product.
