Abstract
Multi-type inhomogeneous Galton-Watson process with immigration is investigated, where the offspring mean matrix slowly converges to a critical mean matrix. Under general conditionswe obtain limit distribution for the process, where the coordinates of the limit vector are not necessarily independent.
