Abstract

A szerző az EASD Magyar Imre posztgraduális előadássorozata keretében tartott előadása nyomán írt kéziratában néhány, az orvosi gondolkodást és gyakorlatot segítő, saját pályáján is iránymutatóként szolgáló szempontot tekint át. Egy-egy példán keresztül mutat rá a beteggel való kapcsolatfelvétel formájának jelentőségére, a megfigyelések és az azokból levonható következtetések napi munkában betöltött szerepére, valamint a saját tapasztalat és az evidenciákon alapuló orvoslás összevetésének szükségességére. | Based on the presentation during the Magyar Imre EASD Postgraduate Course held in Budapest, the author reviews some principles, which have helped the medical thinking and practice also in his carreer. Through a few examples, he points at the importance of the way of the first contact with the patient; the role of the observations and conclusions drawn from them in the everyday practice; and the necessity of comparing personal experience with evidence based medicine.
