Abstract

A diabetes krónikus szövődményei kapcsán a mozgásszervi rendszert érintő rendellenességekre ritkán gondolunk. A mozgásszervi szövődmények közé tartozik az osteoneuroarthropathia mellett a cukorbetegekben gyakoribb befagyott váll szindróma, a rotátorköpeny-tendinopathia és a diabeteses kéz manifesztációi is, amelyek jelentős mértékben ronthatják a beteg életminőségét és mozgáskorlátozottság forrásai lehetnek. A diabeteses kéz szindróma klasszikus értelemben az ujj- és csuklóízületek elmerevedésével járó cheiroarthropathiát, a Dupuytren-contracturát és a flexortenosynovitist foglalja magába. A szövődmény felismerése fontos, mert kezelés hiányában a kéz funkcióját veszélyeztetheti. A szerzők esetismertetésünkkel a diabeteses kéz szindrómára, differenciáldiagnosztikájára és egyéb szövődményekkel mutatott összefüggéseire szeretnék felhívni a figyelmet. | Chronic complications of diabetes mellitus rarely recall thoughts of musculosceletal disorders. Beyond osteoneuroarthropathy, musculosceletal complications of diabetes comprise the frozen shoulder syndroma, the rotator cuff tendinopathy and manifestations of the diabetic hand syndrome and may lead to impaired quality of life and disability. The diabetic hand syndrome traditionally encompasses diabetic cheiroarthropathy leading to hand and wrist stiffness, the Dupuytren-contracture and flexor tenosynovitis. Recognition of these complications is crucial as they threat with loss of hand function unless treatment is initiated. The authors would like to draw attention to the diabetic hand syndrome, its differential diagnosis and its associations with other diabetic complications.
