Abstract
Az enterális táplálás technikai és metabolikus szövődményeit ismerteti a cikk. Nagy jelentősége van a visszatáplálási szindróma klinikai felismerésének és megfelelő kezelésének az enterális táplálás terápia során. A táplálási team szerepét hangsúlyozzuk az otthoni enterális táplálás gondozásának ismertetésekor. The publication describes the technical and metabolic complications of enteral nutrition. The clinical recognition and appropriate management of refeeding syndrome during enteral feeding therapy is of great importance. We emphasize the role of the nutrition team when explaining the care of enteral nutrition at home.
