Abstract
Application potential of electromagnetic nondestructive tests are reviewed in this paper with special respect to the state-of-art magnetic imaging technique based on the interaction of material with a low-frequency electromagnetic field. We presented measurement examples for non-destructive testing of magnetic materials and/or electrically conductive materials. We have shown that the additional information carried by magnetic imaging allows the examination of structures with complex geometries or even multilayers.
