Abstract

A tanulmány a haderő-modernizáció egyik központi szereplője: a katonák alapkiképzését vizsgálja egy recens példa mentén. A kiemelt programként jegyzett EAP-11 LYNX Pilot 1. alapkiképzés humánerőforrás-tényezőit szűk keresztmetszetben elemzi, hogy olyan szociológiai attribútumok lehetséges szerepét tárja fel a kiképzés eredményességében, mint a lokális átlagjövedelem, a korábbi munkatapasztalat és a lakóhely távolságának szerepe, valamint a motivációs tényezők súlyozott viszonyrendszere; mindezt az életkori csoportok és a sikeresség/leszerelés változóinak integrálásával. = The principal subject of the following paper is the central actor of military modernization: the soldier himself. Through the analysis of the recent LYNX Pilot basic training program, the study intends to highlight correlations between fundamental socio-cultural attributes of the recruits and the successful completion of the specialized basic training. This enables us not only to have a better understanding of the potential recruitment base within the population, but also to discern the motivational factors of the next generation in military service.
